Philippe Manoury Series
Study day
Study Day. Philippe Manoury
ManiFeste-2012 sketches the portrait of an artist who has the present in a hold: Philippe Manoury.
Questions of the organization of music in time, of the use of technology, and of the relationship between writing and performance can be found throughout Manoury's oeuvre and writings. This day will end with a concert by Accroche Note that sheds light on the composer's position faced with scientific, social, and cultural upheavals.
