The crossing of contemporary piano from Philippe Manoury's work Pluton to Nicolas Tzortzis' silent piano.
The MIDI piano in Pluton inaugurated a new relationship between man and machine, conveyed by virtual scores and the essential element of performance. Pianist for the premieres of Pluton in 1988 and of Passacaille pour Tokyo, the Japanese composer and pianist Ichiro Nodaïra begins his own adventure with electronics in real-time here with the saxophone.
