Inferno - Synapse
Inferno, the large work by Yann Robin is his personal reading of Dante's Divine Comedy.
Bringing together a large orchestra and electronics, the young French composer embarks on an infinite descent towards darkness, a concerted disturbance of perception. Listening to Synapse by Philippe Manoury introduces other perturbations and other circuits, like the signals that suddenly arise from the zone where two neurons touch. Drifting and proliferation of information, carried by a tireless violin.
