To Cry
Let me bleed is a form of requiem dedicated to the memory of Carlo Giuliani, a demonstrator killed during the Genoa Summit in 2001.
Let me dwell, let me die, lasciatemi morire, laisse-moi aller. The pathetic act of giving up to death can be found in centuries of vocal music and notably between the 13th and the 17th centuries. I have always associated the affect of a deep and disconcerting perception of the frailty of an individual confronted with the immensity of space and time. Luca Francesconi
